The Soul Care Healing Method is designed to fit into your real life, not take over. Each month, you'll receive a new module, roughly 30-45 minutes of content, plus a live group coaching call where we'll go deeper together, share insights, and support each other. The live calls will run for approximately 60 minutes and are recorded if you can't make it live.
In addition if you set aside around 2 hours a month for completing the worksheets and your own personal reflection. This isn't about squeezing more into your schedule - it's about making space for you. Remember you have lifetime access so you can return to the work anytime.
Support is woven into every part of the experience.
Each month, you'll be invited into a live group coaching call where we connect, reflect, and unpack the work you've done throughout the month. you'll also have access to our private Facebook community, where you can share, ask questions, and feel heard by others on the same path.
